BR - LIFE

There is nothing significant except maybe this:
I was born on January 30th, 1942 in Osnabrück, the city of Felix Nussbaum, the Peace of Westphalia and many other events and peculiarities.

The 2nd World War with the total bombings by the Allies, forced our mother and her children to evacuate Silesia and from there again, fleeing from the Red Army, back. Unfortunately, she paid for it with her life.

In the end both parents lost - dead. Sister and brother dispersed in Germany. On the way from Prague to north-West Germany - at least what was left of it - was taken in by selfless foster parents in Salzwedel, grew up, attended school, confirmed.

Painted and first skills with talent promotion in the old Heinrich-Heine-School in Salzwedel at the painter Mund. He had them with me A desire to paint - posthumously: Thank you. Apprenticeship as a painter in Salzwedel started, finished in Lüneburg, not after two years continued to exercise.

From 1958 Lüneburg is the center of his life, starting a family, the armed forces

with some ups and downs. Learned other professions and ultimately as a salesman in sales and marketing. Then retired in 2006 after fifty years of apprenticeship and traveling. Here and there still open and ready for advice. But now pensioners.

Since the encounter with art teacher Mund I have drawn and painted again and again. Self-taught trying a personal style, still looking. Many pictures are lost, immortalized with drawings in countless poetry albums. That's it!

Stop, except for self-knowledge: There are painters everywhere, especially here in Lüneburg Painters who can paint more beautifully or create pictures and who produce much more sophisticated kind.
I understood and practiced my painting more as a hobby. So, it is not surprising that my exhibitions are quieter on. On the verge of great publicity. Still, I'm happy me about many owners of my paintings.

The critical spirit of the times and you decide whether you are good or less not even. So, the bottom line remains: each to his own.
